Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 July 2026 · Applies to roadner.com

What Roadner is

Roadner is a verified directory of road-service providers. We check each provider’s identity and documents before listing them and give them a revocable badge. We are not a booking, dispatch, or transport service. We do not set prices, take bookings, process payments, or take any commission. When you contact a Roadner, you deal with them directly on your own terms.

The honest promise (please read this)

Verified means we checked the provider’s identity and documents, and their badge can be revoked. This reduces your risk — it does not guarantee their conduct, service quality, pricing, or any outcome. Any agreement, payment, or dispute between you and a provider is between the two of you. Use your own judgement, as you would with any service.

For visitors

Contact reveals are for genuine personal use. Scraping, bulk-collecting, or misusing provider phone numbers is prohibited and may result in being blocked. Provide accurate details when revealing a contact.

For providers (Roadners)

By registering you confirm your details and documents are true and yours. The verified badge remains Roadner’s property and can be suspended or removed for fraud, safety incidents, expired or false documents, impersonation, repeated complaints, or rating manipulation. The QR badge always shows your live status. Listing is free in the first year; any future fees will be communicated clearly before they apply.

Limitation of liability

Roadner provides the directory “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roadner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from dealings between visitors and providers, from service outcomes, or from temporary unavailability of the website.

Complaints & removal

If a verified Roadner behaves dishonestly, tell us at the email below. We investigate both sides fairly and act — warning, suspension, or removal. Removing bad actors is what keeps the badge meaningful.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction. We may update these terms as the service grows; the latest version always lives on this page. Questions: contact@roadner.com
