When you reveal a Roadner’s contact, we ask for your name and mobile number. This keeps the connection accountable on both sides — the Roadner knows a real person received their number.

When a provider registers to become a Roadner, we collect their name, contact details, service details, and identity documents (such as ID proof, driving licence, and vehicle papers) for verification.

How we use it

Visitor details are used to record contact reveals, prevent misuse of provider phone numbers, and understand which services people need. Provider documents are used only to verify identity before granting the Roadner badge — they are never displayed publicly and never shared with visitors.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

How it is stored

Data is stored securely on our website servers. Access is limited to the Roadner team for verification and support purposes. We keep data only as long as needed to run the service.
