How Roadner works

You are not alone on the road. Behind every Roadner is a network that checked them — and a badge that can be taken away.

Three honest steps

No booking, no middleman, no cut. Just a checked person and a direct call.

STEP 1

You search a need

Auto, driver, mechanic, puncture, load vehicle — you search for what the road needs, near you, in your town.

STEP 2

You see a verified Roadner

We checked their identity and documents before they appeared here. You see their details, their area, and the verified badge.

STEP 3

You call them direct

You get their verified number and deal with them directly, on your own terms. We do not book, dispatch, or take a cut.

What “verified” means here

We are careful with this word. Here is exactly what it does — and does not — mean.

We checked their identity and documents

Before anyone becomes a Roadner, we check who they are and their papers — by hand. Only then do they appear here with the badge.

Real people rate them

Over time, the people who use a Roadner rate them. Good Roadners rise. Bad actors are removed.

The badge can be taken away

If a Roadner does wrong, we remove them. The badge is a promise we keep — not a sticker that stays no matter what.

Verified lowers your risk. It does not guarantee the outcome. We checked first — and if something goes wrong, someone real is listening.

What we do, and what we don’t

Radical honesty, both ways.

We do

  • Check every Roadner’s identity and documents before they appear
  • Show you verified Roadners near you
  • Give you their number so you deal directly
  • Remove bad actors quickly

We don’t

  • Book or dispatch anyone for you
  • Sit inside the deal or take a cut
  • Guarantee any outcome
  • List anyone we haven’t checked

Everyone else sells discovery.

Roadner gives you a verified network you can trust.

Common questions about how Roadner works

How does Roadner work?

Roadner works in three steps: you search the road service you need, you see verified Roadners near you with their badge and details, and you call them directly. Roadner checks every Roadner’s identity and documents before listing them, but never books, dispatches, or sits inside the deal.

Is Roadner safe to use?

Roadner is built to lower your risk on the road. Every listed Roadner has had their identity and documents manually checked, carries a revocable badge with live QR status, and can be removed for bad conduct. Verification lowers risk — it does not guarantee an outcome — and if something goes wrong, someone real is listening.

How is Roadner different from booking apps like Ola or Uber?

Booking apps control the ride, set the price, and take a cut from the driver. Roadner does none of that. It is a verified directory: you get the checked person’s direct number, you agree your own price with them, and they keep 100% of what they earn. Trust without control.

Who sets the price for a service found on Roadner?

You and the Roadner do, together, on the phone call. Roadner never dictates fares, never adds charges, and never influences the rate. Fair market dealing between two people, on their own terms.

What happens if a Roadner cheats or does something wrong?

Report it to Roadner. We investigate both sides, and if the complaint is upheld, the Roadner’s badge is revoked and they are removed from the network — their QR sticker immediately shows “no longer verified.” The removal of bad actors is what keeps the badge meaningful.
